Talk about… Things we do

This set of 30 photographic cards is designed to help children talk about verbs, the engine of much spoken language. Being able to understand and use verbs enables children to make the step from labelling things to talking in complete sentences.

This set includes 30 photographic cards. A free CD-ROM is included containing all the images, which can be easily loaded onto computers and interactive whiteboards, plus useful assessment checklists.

We’ve put together some downloadable teaching resources to complement Talk About…  Things we do, including assessment checklists, ideas sheets and a sample letter to parents. All but the pdf assessment checklist are in Microsoft Word (.doc) format and will download when you click on them.
