Returns
If you ordered directly via our website, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, all items must:
- Be unused and in the original condition you received them
- Be returned in their original packaging
Please note, this returns policy applies to website orders only. We do not accept returns from Resellers for goods that are no longer wanted.

Return Postage
You are responsible for arranging the return and the postage costs. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage from your Post Office – this is a free service and helps protect your refund in the event of loss.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit for returns lost in the post without proof of postage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If the items are confirmed to be in resaleable condition:
- We’ll issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding original delivery charges)
- Your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Faulty or Damage Goods
We take great care to ensure the quality of our early years resources. However, if you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 01223 328051 or emailing us.
- We’ll arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you.
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the faulty item as part of our quality control process.
- If a return is required, we will provide a pre-paid postage label.
