Yellow Door returns policy

All Yellow Door products are sold on 30 days sale or return. This means that you have 30 days to review them before either paying for or returning the goods in saleable condition.

How to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel your order and to return goods to us within 30 days of the invoice / receipt date. If you wish to cancel your order or return goods, please notify us by calling us on 0845 603 5309, or emailing us at info@yellow-door.net.

Please send the goods back to us in a saleable condition. Return postage is not available. You must include either a copy of the invoice / receipt sent with your order, or a note of the invoice / receipt number, your customer number (see the invoice / receipt), your address and phone number. Please also state the reason for the return.

On receipt of the goods, we will refund your payment as quickly as possible, or credit your invoice. We will send you a credit note for your records.
